Administrative Coordinator

We're seeking a talented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at U.S. Bank. In this role, you'll provide administrative support to a group or manager, handling a variety of tasks including data collection, report preparation, and correspondence. You'll also have the opportunity to coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, as well as develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data
- Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, with an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
