Role Overview:

This temporary hybrid position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CVRx involves comprehensive recruitment processes, providing administrative support to the HR team, and engaging in various hiring initiatives while upholding our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage diverse channels (job boards, social media, etc.) to discover and attract exceptional talent within the medical device sector. Support the maintenance of a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural alignment. Organize and schedule interviews with hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
  • Job Advertising: Develop and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms and company websites, utilizing provided templates and tools while assessing their effectiveness for maximum visibility.
  • Collaboration: Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and current candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Metrics Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to the HR team and senior management regarding recruitment progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within the medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and recruit top talent using various methods and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with an understanding of state-specific differences.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Prior experience in medical device sales.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
