Role Summary: Deutsche Bank is seeking an experienced Medical Sales Lead to join our Institutional Client Group in North America. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with expertise in cash management and trade finance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for institutional cash and trade finance clients in North America.
  • Lead a regional sales team to ensure effective execution of the strategy and delivery against profit and loss (P&L) targets.
  • Manage Know-Your-Client (KYC)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and credit risks within assigned region and client portfolio.
