**Job Role:**

We are looking for an experienced Executive Director - Institutional FICC Flow to lead our Institutional FICC Flow business. As a key member of our Global Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies, analyzing market trends, and leading the distribution of operations among institutional clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for the Institutional FICC Flow business
  • Analyze market trends and develop effective strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Lead the distribution of operations among institutional clients
  • Promote the bank's positioning as a key player in the market

**Salary and Benefits:**

  • Competitive salary range: $200,000 - $300,000
  • Discretionary bonus
