Head of North America Institutional Cash and Trade Sales

Job Overview: As the Head of North America Institutional Cash and Trade Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales strategy to drive growth and deepen relationships with institutional cash clients in North America.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in sales leadership, with expertise in cash management and trade finance products. A degree from an internationally recognized university in a relevant field is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for institutional cash and trade finance clients in North America.
- Lead a regional sales team to ensure effective execution of the strategy and delivery against profit and loss (P&L) targets.
- Manage Know-Your-Client (KYC)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and credit risks within assigned region and client portfolio.
