As a seasoned Client Development Manager, you have a proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing high-performing sales teams. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and enhance client relationships. Lead a team of Style Advisors in developing their clienteling skills and behaviors. Maintain a high level of visibility on the selling floor to ensure effective coaching and development of associates. Manage performance issues effectively and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements
* 3+ years of management experience in comparable volume or a proven track record of success managing a selling workforce and achieving results
* Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and client expectations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

Compensation and Benefits
$65,000 - $75,000 per annum
