Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Evergreen Fire and Security. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our life safety and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret contract requirements and scope of work to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
  • Perform job site walks and assist in preparation for design and estimates as directed by project managers.
  • Manage construction data entry and documents, including RFI's and submittals, to ensure timely and accurate project reporting.
  • Assist project managers in managing project productivity, costs, and quality and safety practices consistent with company policies and standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, past, present, and potential, to ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a project management or construction-related field.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and driving history checks.
  • Valid enhanced driver's license.
