About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Coordinator to join our team at Evergreen Fire & Security. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret contract requirements and scope of work
  • Perform job site walks and assist in preparation for design and estimates as directed
  • Manage construction data entry and documents such as RFI's and submittals at the direction of Project Managers
  • Assist assigned Project Managers in management of project productivity, costs, and quality and safety practices consistent with company policies and standards
  • Assist with administrative duties of projects, including change orders and project reporting to ensure projects are within contract obligations
  • Assist with subcontractor coordination as required
  • Build relationships with past, present, and potential customers
  • Assist with creation and adherence to project deadlines
Requirements
  • Previous administrative or coordination experience
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and driving history)
  • Valid enhanced driver's license

Pay range is $65,000 - $80,000 for well-qualified candidates. Evergreen Fire & Security is a federal government contractor with sensitive access requirements.
