Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Evergreen Fire and Security. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of estimates, proposals, and technical writing. You will also be involved in permitting, scheduling, purchasing, and project start-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret contract requirements and scope of work
  • Perform job site walks and assist in preparation for design and estimates
  • Manage construction data entry and documents such as RFI's and submittals
  • Assist assigned Project Managers in management of project productivity, costs, and quality and safety practices
  • Assist with administrative duties of projects, including change orders and project reporting
  • Assist with subcontractor coordination as required
  • Build relationships with past, present, and potential customers

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative or coordination experience
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and driving history)
  • Valid enhanced driver's license
