Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Washington Architectural Hardware. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a moderate contract-based project workload, ensuring successful project completion, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, trades, and internal teams to resolve project issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including phasing, material coordination, and change order management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • 2-year or 4-year degree in Construction Management or related field with minimum four years industry or project management experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate complex problems.
  • Knowledge of project management software, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation tools.

  • Competitive salary range: $68k-$100k, plus annual incentive plan, DOE.

  • Standard business hours are 8am-5pm, with the position located in our Tacoma office.
