Job Overview

F2OnSite is seeking a skilled Junior Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT Field Services projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in team lead and project coordination/management, with a strong background in desktop support and IT technician work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Travel may be required to oversee project deployments or meet with clients/vendors.
  • Assist with logistics for equipment and facility readiness.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems.
  • May require additional customer-specific certifications or training as required.

Skills:

  • Excellence in communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and processes with minimal instruction.
  • Ability to lift and/or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Must own a basic repair kit.
