Project Support Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support Administrator to provide essential support to our civil engineering, construction management, survey and geospatial, environmental, and urban design disciplines across a diverse range of public and private projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional work quality, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. They will be responsible for contract and project administration, project management support, procedure development, and insurance coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and assembling client contracts and subcontracts, reviewing them for accuracy, and maintaining an organized project-based tracking system.
- Assisting Project Managers with administrative needs, prioritizing tasks, and supporting them in managing internal project processes and external client communications.
- Creating and updating procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Project Administration Team.
- Ordering certificates of insurance (COI) to ensure compliance and accuracy with the contract, tracking, filing, and managing COIs.
Minimum qualifications include 1+ year of experience with contract processing, familiarity with the engineering and/or construction services industry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Smartsheet, notary public certification, and a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
