Job Overview:

Lennox, a leading provider of energy-efficient climate-control solutions, seeks an exceptional Executive Support Specialist to join its senior executive team. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support, coordinate activities, and assist with departmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling travel and meetings, coordinating activities, and preparing reports.
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up with other departments to ensure requests are completed.
  • Research and obtain information for reports and special assignments.
  • Assemble and analyze information, preparing reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence, and memoranda.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and Excel worksheets.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred) and 5 years of similar work experience.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills.
  • History of working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Conducts oneself in a professional manner.
  • Ability to be self-directed when managers are traveling or out of the office.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
