As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for customer meetings, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer feedback, and market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategy and growth initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, operations, or a related field
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
