Job Overview

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager of Executive Communications to lead executive communications programs and create content for senior leaders. The successful candidate will help build and drive communications initiatives that enable our organization to grow, scale, transform, and achieve our bold business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, plan, and execute on executive communications initiatives, including large-scale organizational changes and other significant changes
  • Support operations and engagement for the Executive Communications team
  • Write various communications for executives and key stakeholders (internal announcements, FAQs, presentations, etc.)
  • Build relationships, collaborate across teams, and have a material impact on employee experience across the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in executive communications, employee communications, PR/corporate communications or related field
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
  • Resourceful and motivated communicator who can independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high-growth, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work successfully through ambiguity and maintain strict confidentiality as this role will work on confidential projects
  • Experience in organizational change or other significant change management communication a plus
