Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager - Mid-Market to join our team at Segra. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the mid-market segment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the mid-market segment and its unique challenges and opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Pursuing additional business with existing customers, primarily those that are small to mid-market enterprises (i.e. full potential value of below ~$10k MRC) to provide services within regional market territory.
  • Developing proposals using the full suite of Segra products to win additional business with existing Segra customers in the account base (i.e. uplift).
  • Responsible for new revenue quota as well as reducing churn/increasing retention.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in sales/marketing or related field, equivalent work experience, or a combination thereof.
  • Experience: Previous Enterprise level, ILEC-CLEC sales experience preferred and/or managed services experience preferred.
  • Some experience with serving and selling to mid-market and/or major enterprise accounts (i.e. sales >~$5 MRC).
