Laser Thermal is seeking an experienced Inside Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive sales growth and enhance our market presence in the thermal metrology test instruments and services business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer service, inside sales, and marketing principles, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, graphics design, website management, and CRM systems.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Generate leads, nurture client relationships, provide customer service, and execute marketing strategies to support sales initiatives. Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that promote our products and services. Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
  • CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Analyze customer feedback and market data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our brand and products.
