Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $75,000 per year, plus commissions ranging from $25,000-$40,000 annually. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including major medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401k, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, and company cars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate clients about insurance options and identify potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Maintain a high level of work ethic, commitment, and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
  • A genuine interest in marketing products and services based on client needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as active listening.
  • The ability to create compelling presentations and execute a detailed business plan.
  • Fluency in explaining complex financial issues in an easily understandable manner.
  • A Property and Casualty license (able to obtain) and Life and Health license (able to obtain).
