Position Overview:
Join a leading healthcare institution and play a vital role in patient communication and support. We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Paging Representative to enhance our communication services.

Job Details:
- Full-time position, primarily during the 2nd shift.
- Weekend shifts are mandatory, with a rotation every third weekend, totaling five shifts weekly.
- Scheduled hours from 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Paging Representative, you will:
- Facilitate paging, messaging, scheduling, and appointment services for our healthcare system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to staff, physicians, and patients.
- Manage appointment confirmations and cancellations during evenings, weekends, and holidays for designated clinics.
- Handle a variety of calls, including connecting callers to patient rooms, notifying on-call physicians of organ offers, and executing emergency protocols.

Required Skills and Tools:
- Proficient use of high-quality personal computer workstations.
- Familiarity with advanced telephone technology in a call center setting.
- Experience with proprietary software designed for call management, message taking, appointment scheduling, and radio paging services.

Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Associate degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience:
