Position Overview

The role of the Executive Administrative Coordinator involves delivering essential administrative assistance to the CEO and supporting other administrative personnel as required. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Communication: Oversee the phone system by answering calls, documenting messages, and checking voicemail.

• Office Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and occasionally coordinate lunch orders.

• Mail Handling: Responsible for the opening and distribution of incoming mail.

• Financial Oversight: Ensure timely processing of bill payments to maintain company operations.

• Document Management: Copy, organize, and file various documents efficiently.

• Email Coordination: Manage email inboxes and facilitate the sending and receiving of faxes.

• Research Tasks: Conduct internet research as necessary to support various projects.

• IT Support: Assist IT contractors with troubleshooting issues as they arise.

• Office Environment: Maintain a clean and organized office and breakroom area.

• Loan File Assistance: Support the processing and closing of loan files.

• Training Participation: Engage in training sessions related to loan processing.

• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing special events, including catering arrangements.

• Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as assigned to support the team.
