  • Insurance Management: Complete insurance and medical forms, including prior authorizations, referrals, and other necessary documentation.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison among patients, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
  • Patient Support: Respond to patient inquiries and manage prescription refills promptly.
  • Financial Transactions: Collect co-pays and outstanding payments, issue receipts, and establish payment plans for patients.
  • Insurance Verification: Confirm patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to appointments.
  • Billing Accuracy: Ensure precise patient billing and coding information.
  • Reception Area Management: Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications:
