- Communication: Serve as a liaison among patients, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
- Patient Support: Respond to patient inquiries and manage prescription refills promptly.
- Financial Transactions: Collect co-pays and outstanding payments, issue receipts, and establish payment plans for patients.
- Insurance Verification: Confirm patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to appointments.
- Billing Accuracy: Ensure precise patient billing and coding information.
- Reception Area Management: Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications:
