Role Summary:
The Senior Manager for Visa Direct Enabler Account Management plays a pivotal role in driving growth through strategic partnerships with enablers across North America and potentially on a global scale. This position is crucial for orchestrating resources to support transaction volume growth, delivering business insights, and crafting effective account strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of enabler opportunities, oversee project execution, negotiate agreements, and secure necessary approvals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Facilitate enabler account planning, pipeline strategies, and executive briefings to enhance collaboration across Visa.
  • Provide expert insights into the clients' industry landscape, performance metrics, and strategic options to optimize their real-time payment solutions.
  • Collaborate with commercialization teams to assess and expand use case opportunities across Visa's Money Movement Solutions.
  • Engage in continuous learning through training programs to enhance product knowledge and application.
  • Utilize data analytical tools to derive business insights and drive productivity.
  • Monitor client performance, delivering detailed reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze data metrics to create compelling visual presentations for clients, utilizing storytelling techniques to convey insights effectively.

Work Environment:
This role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 2-3 days a week based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
  • Preferred: 9+ years of experience in sales and business development within the Payments/Fintech sector.
  • Strong background in account management and proven ability to lead complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data analysis tools.

Additional Information:
This position may require occasional travel and will be performed in an office setting.
