Field Sales Manager

We are in search of a dedicated Field Sales Manager to enhance our sales operations. This role involves managing and nurturing a sales team to maximize revenue for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the activities of the sales team
- Define sales regions, targets, and objectives for the team
- Evaluate sales data to pinpoint opportunities for growth
- Monitor performance metrics and trends for effective business planning
- Provide detailed reports on both team and individual achievements
- Craft and implement creative sales initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, customer relations, or a similar area
- Proven track record in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Proficient in utilizing CRM software
- Exemplary leadership skills
- Ability to foster strong connections with clients
