Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Field Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a key representative of Rivian, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our customers, fostering brand loyalty, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy Rivian's Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to generate demand and engage with our target audience.
  • Brand Evangelism: Act as a Rivian brand and product specialist, passionately communicating our mission and product vision to customers, fans, and partners.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to prospective customers, fans, friends, and Rivian owners throughout their journey with our brand and products.
  • Lead Management: Manage lead engagement, qualification, capture, and scoring to guide prospective customers through our sales pipeline.
  • Product Support: Offer assistance with Vehicle Pre-Orders, Vehicle Configurations, Rivian Shop Orders, Retail Store Support, Demo Drive Scheduling, and other related services.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, asking open-ended questions to understand their needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
  • KPI Management: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer contacts, SLA responses, lead captures, demo drives scheduled, and other goals that contribute to Rivian's success.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is authentic, engaging, educational, and aligned with Rivian's core values and culture.
  • Operational Support: Perform day-to-day operational duties, including back-of-house upkeep, food and beverage support, shipping and receiving, general space upkeep, cleaning, and visual display maintenance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to uphold operational frameworks, best practices, and playbooks to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality.
  • Age and Education: At least 21 years old, with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility and Travel: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using POS and CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Driving Requirements: Valid driver's license, exceptional driving record, and ability to operate large, high-performance vehicles.
  • Background Checks: Ability to pass background checks and maintain local sales licenses if required.
