Job Overview

Location: Flexible within Georgia or North Carolina.

We are in search of a skilled Field Sales Representative to manage a designated Sales Territory within the Georgia and North Carolina markets. This role involves fostering and enhancing client relationships, implementing a territory strategy that aligns with the Company's Sales Objectives, and identifying underserved clientele and markets. This position offers a significant career advancement opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:


• Establishing and nurturing robust, long-lasting relationships with clients in the assigned territory.

• Demonstrating the value our company brings to business opportunities with a collaborative service approach.

• Developing a sales pipeline with profitable orders. Specific tasks include: Leveraging our supply chain and product portfolio to generate inquiries; monitoring inquiries and converting them into orders; collaborating with Supply Chain to procure materials; providing comprehensive details about offers that, once converted to orders, ensure a seamless transition for execution by our Project Management team.

• Overseeing the customer portfolio and orders to achieve an optimal balance of sales volume, gross profit, and market share.

• Regular travel to engage with the customer base and strengthen relationships.

• Coordinating with the Business Development team to transform early design opportunities into preferred quoting chances.

• Maintaining a high profile for the company within the territory and supplying ongoing market insights to the Regional Manager regarding market conditions, competition, and forthcoming projects.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

2. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Construction Industry.

3. Experience in Steel Industry sales is advantageous.
