Role Overview
As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting merchant services to various businesses. Your key activities will include pricing strategies, customer segmentation, presentations, account sign-up and activation, as well as ongoing account management. This role primarily involves field sales, with some interactions conducted via phone.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients for the organization.
- Identify revenue opportunities and potential clients within designated territories through in-person meetings, phone communications, marketing initiatives, and other necessary activities.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to identify key contacts, qualify leads, and navigate them through the sales pipeline.
- Ensure thorough suspect identification, strategic planning, account qualification, and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
- Respond to client inquiries and deliver online presentations.
- Identify and secure additional product and/or service sales with existing clients to enhance the client relationship.
- Oversee client relationships and expectations throughout the sales process.

Record Keeping
Maintain comprehensive records of existing and prospective clients in accordance with company policies, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact details, and other pertinent information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Keep management updated on all activities, including timely report preparation.

Continuous Learning
Consistently enhance your knowledge of our current product/service offerings and stay informed about changes and advancements within the payments industry.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B sales or cold calling, with a proven track record of success in previous sales roles.
