Position Overview:

As a Field Sales Consultant for Bosch Power Tools, you will serve as the primary liaison with retail store personnel, management, and customers, effectively promoting Bosch Power Tools. This role requires a strong sales orientation, high energy levels, and a passion for engaging with the public.

  • Flexible Work Schedule: Full-time availability is essential.
  • Expert Support: Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to store associates and end users through demonstrations and application guidance.
  • Representation: Attend trade shows and training sessions to represent the company as needed.
  • Sales Facilitation: Assist in executing marketing and promotional initiatives by educating accounts on the latest sales strategies.
  • Travel Requirements: This role includes an assigned territory with reimbursable travel and mileage expenses.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required by business needs.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs., with frequent standing, bending, and twisting.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance required, meeting company standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a college degree is highly preferred.
  • Preferred: 2 years of vendor sales experience and 1 year of field sales or customer service experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
