Job Responsibilities

Adhere to dealership sales protocols and uphold all ethical standards to achieve dealership sales objectives.

Ensure Customer Satisfaction ratings meet or exceed company and manufacturer benchmarks.

Welcome customers and assist them in determining the type of vehicle that aligns with their requirements, ensuring a premium purchasing experience for each customer.

Articulate features and demonstrate vehicle operations both in the showroom and during test drives.

Clearly communicate sales pricing, inclusive of taxes, trade-in values, and discounts.

Accurately complete all documentation related to vehicle sales.

Deliver comprehensive reviews of vehicle features and advantages throughout the sales process and at the time of delivery.

Participate in business development initiatives.

Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

Engage with customers post-sale for follow-up communications.

Maintain an organized and tidy lot as part of a team effort.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Possess a professional appearance and exhibit strong communication abilities.

Driven individual with a passion for achieving unlimited earning potential; top performers have the opportunity to earn over $100,000 annually.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, with insurability confirmed by our insurance provider.

Completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.
