Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Knoxville Behavioral Medicine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing our sales strategy to increase market share through account development and educating the medical community on our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to successfully manage and grow accounts and market share.
  • Grow market share by obtaining referrals and increased participation in our program.
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare delivery team.
  • Represent Knoxville Behavioral Medicine in a positive and professional manner, projecting and reinforcing our company objectives and philosophy.
  • Partner with management to meet admission targets.
  • Prospect territory to expand referral base.
  • Develop positive, collaborative relationships with agency staff.

Requirements:

  • Successful previous sales experience in healthcare or related field.
  • Reliable means of transportation and current driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Mental acuity, judgment, and problem-solving skills adequate to perform job duties.
