Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales through company-sponsored and employee-sponsored initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all company-sponsored and employee-sponsored activities.
  • Follow up on all prospects using established sales systems.
  • Conduct gym tours and provide information on club history, background, philosophy, facilities, staff, and policies.
  • Stay current on company pricing and promotion schedules.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Assume responsibility for developing selling skills and participating in sales meetings.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the rest of the staff and support other staff in achieving their goals.
  • Participate in all scheduled meetings as directed by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
  • Successfully complete the Fitness Consultant Training courses.
