Position Summary:

As a Customer Engagement Leader, you will serve as a champion for our customers and a guiding example for your peers. In this elevated role, you will excel in customer satisfaction, merchandising, and nurturing brand loyalty. You will drive outcomes through promotional initiatives and omnichannel selling strategies. Reporting to a People Leader, you will be instrumental in conveying expectations and priorities to your team. Opportunities for advancement may include roles such as Personal Stylist or Sales and Customer Experience Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Depending on your assigned role, you may fulfill customer orders, manage merchandising, process new inventory, or oversee the sales floor to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Guide colleagues in executing and completing designated tasks
  • As a customer advocate, you will exemplify and provide immediate feedback on enhancing customer experiences
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service through effective problem-solving and customer-centric solutions.
  • Enhance the in-store experience by promoting our mobile application
  • Collaborate with People Leaders throughout the day to strategize and oversee store activities
  • Provide ongoing feedback to People Leaders that fosters a positive customer experience and refines our processes.
  • Conduct store opening and closing tasks, including alarm system access and register reconciliation
  • Lead and ensure adherence to our exceptional merchandise standards.
  • Educate colleagues on point-of-sale technology, radio frequency tools, and applications to support selling and order fulfillment.

  • Resourceful and able to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines
  • 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing or walking throughout the store or department
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic devices
  • Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, and color vision
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs.
