Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Custom Picture Framer. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and preparing artwork for our clients, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Artwork Assembly: Build a strong understanding of our framing processes and assemble artwork with precision and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Production Support: Assist with streamlining our production processes, including managing inventory, tracking orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Assist with boxing and shipping artwork across the country, and maintain accurate records of shipments.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or production role, preferably in the printing and framing industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
