As a Customer Engagement Leader, you will serve as a champion for our customers and a mentor for your peers. Under the guidance of a People Leader, you will play a vital role in conveying expectations and priorities to your colleagues. Your Responsibilities:

  • Depending on your assignment, you may be fulfilling customer orders, merchandising, processing new inventory, or overseeing the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Guide colleagues in executing and completing assigned tasks.
  • As a customer advocate, you will exemplify and provide immediate feedback on enhancing every customer interaction.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service through effective problem-solving and customer-focused solutions.
  • Enhance the in-store customer experience by promoting our mobile application.
  • Collaborate with People Leaders throughout the day to strategize and oversee overall store activities.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to People Leaders that fosters a positive customer experience and refines our processes.
  • Execute store opening and closing procedures, including managing the alarm system and reconciling registers.
  • Lead and participate in maintaining our top-tier merchandise standards.
  • Educate colleagues on point-of-sale technology, radio frequency equipment, and applications to assist in selling and fulfilling customer orders.

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing or walking throughout the store or department.
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic devices.
  • Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.
  • Lifting and moving items weighing up to 30 lbs.
