Role Summary:

As a Customer Engagement Leader, you will serve as a champion for customer satisfaction and a mentor for your peers. Reporting to a People Leader, you will play a vital role in conveying expectations and priorities to your team. Your Responsibilities:

  • Depending on your assigned role, you may be responsible for fulfilling customer orders, merchandising, processing new inventory, or overseeing the sales floor to deliver exceptional service.
  • Guide colleagues in executing and completing designated tasks.
  • As a customer advocate, model best practices and provide timely feedback to enhance every customer interaction.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service through effective problem-solving and customer-focused solutions.
  • Enhance the in-store experience by promoting our mobile application.
  • Collaborate with People Leaders throughout the day to strategize and oversee store operations.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to People Leaders that fosters a positive customer experience and refines our processes.
  • Conduct store opening and closing procedures, including alarm system access and register reconciliation.
  • Lead and ensure adherence to our top-tier merchandising standards.
  • Educate colleagues on point-of-sale technology, radio frequency equipment, and applications to assist in selling and fulfilling customer orders.

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (at least two consecutive hours) throughout the store or department.
  • Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic devices.
  • Capability to reach, including above eye level, crouch, kneel, stoop, and distinguish colors.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs.
