Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting our products to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert product knowledge to customers and address their inquiries
  • Deliver consistent and exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Engage with customers throughout the product fitting process and promote our products
  • Politely and professionally resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Follow up on all sales made to customers and process customer returns and exchanges
  • Make sales and set up appointments over the phone

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, some college preferred
