Marketing Strategy & Media Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy & Media Coordinator to join our team at Russell Tobin & Associates. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-platform marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaign plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Develop and maintain campaign timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets and reports.
  • Assist in the creation of strategy briefs and campaign presentations, effectively communicating marketing plans and objectives to stakeholders.
  • Lead the execution of paid media and marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery and quality control.
  • Request and analyze company data to inform paid media campaigns, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain invitee lists, compiling and distributing meeting notes to ensure effective communication and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under deadline pressure, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret directions and follow through on assignments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
