Marketing Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team at Russell Tobin. As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the marketing team by providing administrative assistance and key organizational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including meeting coordination, calendar management, and logistics.
  • Coordinate travel and scheduling of meetings, as well as preparation and submission of business-related expenses and travel for Vice Presidents of Cinema Partnerships.
  • Support departmental projects as needed, including troubleshooting occasional facility issues and providing general office management.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data, including Salesforce updates and Smartsheet tracking.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of materials, including one-sheets, custom signage, and eventizing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of marketing experience, with a strong understanding of marketing operations and administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Smartsheet, with experience in data management and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
