Position Overview

The Customer Service team at 5H2 Hub plays a vital role in supporting our clients by managing account services, claims processing, and underwriting functions, establishing our reputation as a leader in the insurance field. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will assist Producers and/or Account Executives in fostering and maintaining business relationships, while also managing account rounding and new business initiatives in accordance with established practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete account-service process
  • Engage with insurance carriers and prepare quotes/proposals
  • Manage certificates, endorsements, billing, audits, and more
  • Coordinate premium financing and collection as necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance account management; brokerage experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Availability for regular full-time hours and business travel as required
  • Current valid license in necessary lines and states
  • Up-to-date with all required continuing education credits
