The Client Relationship Specialist will enhance an existing portfolio, particularly within the Technology and Telecommunications sectors.

This role involves identifying, influencing, presenting, and finalizing agreements with clients while consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets by utilizing Epsilon's capabilities, primarily in Data, alongside opportunities in Technology and Digital sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a client partner, focusing on fostering mutually beneficial outcomes to drive revenue growth for Data within the Technology and Telecommunications sectors.
  • Leverage extensive Data business knowledge to identify client needs and propose Data solutions, including activation of Epsilon Data for Direct Mail, Programmatic Display, Video, OTT/CTV, Advanced TV, and Streaming Audio solutions to support clients in achieving their business objectives.
  • Engage in Data sales that encompass licenses of installations and house file appends for marketing purposes, as well as analytics, insights, and enhancing the use of our data within technology platforms.
  • Oversee client reporting, analysis, and insights, deriving actionable recommendations from available reports.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to coordinate internal resources for the preparation and delivery of objective-driven solutions for Technology and Telecommunications clients.
  • Employ a consultative approach and creativity to design and deliver tailored sales solutions that address the client's pressing marketing needs.
  • Effectively manage day-to-day account operations internally within Digital Media Solutions in the Technology and Telecommunications sectors.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including Digital Media and Technology account management, Media, analytics, legal, compliance, and influential decision-makers at the client and/or agency.
  • Develop a long-term roadmap for success that fosters client satisfaction, growth, and trust, ultimately becoming the trusted advisor for clients.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience, particularly in the Digital Media and Programmatic AdTech sectors.
  • Experience in client management or sales (or sales support) roles (client side, ad solutions, digital advertising, direct marketing, agency experience).
  • Experience in campaign reporting and business reviews – analyzing performance reports, uncovering insights, and delivering performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with key marketing components including strategy, analytics, programmatic display, video, OTT/CTV, and/or streaming media performance, as well as AdTech.
  • Strong quantitative skills with a solid understanding of analytical tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of marketing program strategy, design, execution, and measurement/attribution.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across various organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales Management software.
  • BA/BS with a strong academic record is preferred; MBA is a plus.
