Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Account Director with a robust background in the B2B sector to enhance our dynamic team at RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage 5-10 significant client accounts, serving as the primary strategic marketing authority.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through regular meetings and updates.
  • Develop actionable strategies that align with client objectives and market dynamics.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and pursue new business avenues that benefit both the client and the agency.
  • Articulate the agency's value proposition and reinforce our role as a strategic partner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B account management, particularly within manufacturing, industrial, or logistics sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate lasting relationships with clients, including high-level executives.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying expectations and progress clearly across various platforms.
  • Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect insights to broader business strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills, inspiring collaboration and teamwork among diverse groups.
