The Position

Fidelity's Healthcare Division has initiated a new Medicare initiative aimed at equipping our clients with resources and guidance to help them navigate and select high-quality Medicare options. As an integral member of this pioneering team, you will play a vital role in establishing and expanding a service that could benefit millions of individuals across the nation.

SHIFT: 10AM ET - 7PM ET, MONDAY - FRIDAY

  • You will assist in our sales and marketing strategies by addressing Medicare inquiries and facilitating client interactions with our sales representatives.
  • You will regularly connect with clients, respond to their inquiries, and ensure an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Handle Medicare inquiries from various sales channels.
  • Coordinate and arrange appointments between clients and our sales team.
  • Provide customer service following enrollment.
  • Clarify the advantages and features of different Medicare health plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and enhance a new Fidelity initiative that could positively influence millions of Americans.

The Qualifications and Skills You Bring

  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • An active Health Insurance License is preferred but not mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate will possess Medicare experience, either in customer service or sales support within a health plan or brokerage.
  • If you are not already AHIP certified, we will assist you in completing the AHIP Medicare training. Additional training and licensing opportunities may also be available.
  • Ability to convey an empathetic tone, dedicated to enhancing the client experience and contributing to our sales and marketing initiatives.

The Team

The Medicare Service Representative is part of the Medicare Advice and Planning Team and reports to the Director of Customer Experience. This role provides sales support to agents both on and off the phone. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals, both within and outside of Fidelity, in a cooperative setting. We seek team members with strong interpersonal skills, effective time management abilities, and a willingness to engage in training and feedback.
