Position Summary:

The Business Transformation Manager at CapTech will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to spearhead and oversee initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes. This role encompasses responsibilities typically associated with Process Engineering and Business Systems Analysis, where the consultant will engage with client representatives to gather requirements, drive solution design, and ensure the final deliverables align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of client challenges and technologies to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor.
  • Lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives, focusing on both procedural enhancements and the tools that support them.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Actively participate in all phases of the system delivery lifecycle as a vital team member.
  • Support the technical team in designing solutions, including data modeling and interface design.
  • Examine data structures and quality to assess their impact on client business goals.
  • Bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives to ensure impactful solutions are delivered.
  • Evaluate the current organizational state and collaborate with clients to define a desired future state.
  • Perform gap analyses to identify capability deficiencies and propose viable solutions.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and integration activities.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to gather high-level business needs and elicit detailed requirements through various techniques.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma certification, particularly Green or Black Belt, is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in IT-related projects, demonstrating growth as a Process Engineer.
  • Familiarity with multi-system integration and the challenges associated with enterprise technology integration.
  • Experience in creating visual representations of processes, such as sequence and data flow diagrams.
  • Understanding of object-oriented development practices and the ability to define organizational objects and processes.
  • Knowledge of modern IT architecture solutions, including Cloud and APIs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with senior leadership and technical teams.
  • Basic SQL query writing skills are required.
  • Experience in software development or relevant educational background is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Prior consulting experience is advantageous.
