Position Summary:
The Business Transformation Manager at CapTech will engage closely with essential business and technical stakeholders to spearhead and oversee initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes. This role requires versatility, as our consultants also operate as Process Engineers and Business Systems Analysts, working collaboratively with client teams to gather requirements, guide solution design, and confirm that the final outcomes align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of client challenges and technological landscapes to serve as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor.
  • Lead and facilitate projects focused on process enhancements and the tools that support these processes.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose strategic improvements to current operations.
  • Actively participate in all stages of the system delivery lifecycle within a collaborative team environment.
  • Support the technical team in designing solutions, including data architecture and interface specifications.
  • Evaluate existing data structures and quality to assess their impact on client business goals.
  • Bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions.
  • Assess the current organizational state and collaborate with clients to envision a desired future state.
  • Perform gap analyses to identify capability deficiencies and suggest viable solutions to meet business needs.
  • Coordinate activities related to integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to discern overarching business needs and gather detailed requirements through various methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma certification, particularly Green or Black Belt, is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in IT-related projects, demonstrating growth as a Process Engineer.
  • Familiarity with multi-system integration and the challenges that may arise during enterprise technology integration.
  • Experience in creating visual representations of processes, including sequence and data flow diagrams.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented development practices and the ability to define organizational objects and processes.
  • Understanding of contemporary IT architecture solutions, including Cloud and APIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with senior leadership and technical teams.
  • Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries is required.
  • Experience in software development or relevant educational background is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Prior experience in consulting is advantageous.
