Position Summary:
The Business Transformation Manager at CapTech will engage closely with key stakeholders across business and technical domains to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes. This role encompasses responsibilities akin to those of Process Engineers and Business Systems Analysts, focusing on gathering requirements, guiding solution design, and ensuring that the final deliverables align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of client challenges and technologies to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor.
  • Lead and facilitate projects aimed at improving both processes and the associated tools.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team throughout all stages of the system delivery lifecycle.
  • Support the technical team in designing solutions, including data modeling and interface design.
  • Examine data structures and quality to assess their impact on client business goals.
  • Bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Evaluate the current organizational state and work with clients to define their desired future state.
  • Perform gap analyses to identify capability deficiencies and propose viable solutions.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and integration activities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to capture high-level business needs and detailed requirements through various techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma certification, particularly Green or Black Belt, is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT-related projects, demonstrating growth as a Process Engineer.
  • Familiarity with multi-system integration and common challenges in enterprise technology integration.
  • Experience in creating visual representations of processes, including sequence and data flow diagrams.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented development practices and the ability to define organizational objects.
  • Understanding of contemporary IT architecture solutions, including Cloud and APIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with senior leadership and technical teams.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL is required.
  • Experience in software development or relevant educational background is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Prior consulting experience is advantageous.
