Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Your specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Emphasizing the "people aspect of transformation" by addressing modifications to operational processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Quickly familiarize yourself with client challenges and technological landscapes to provide informed guidance and support.
  • Establish robust relationships with clients and project stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  • Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to complex initiatives, which may encompass communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of activities that support change management efforts, such as training sessions and stakeholder interviews.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, utilizing data analysis to inform recommendations and conducting assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Draft clear and concise communications tailored to various stakeholder groups.
  • Assess and manage stakeholder engagement, aligning their interests with organizational initiatives to enhance adoption.
  • Develop and execute learning strategies that incorporate best practices in adult education, including alternative training methods.
  • Facilitate training sessions for end users and conduct train-the-trainer programs as necessary.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise-level change management within large organizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong business writing skills suitable for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all organizational levels.
  • The capacity to build trust and credibility with clients through effective interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
