Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with client decision makers, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with client decision makers to drive business growth.
  • Secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to clearly communicate client requirements and expectations.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business deals.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, plus at least 3 years of work experience in contingent workforce industry and in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding and ability to navigate social media sites such as LinkedIn and Zoom Info.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Prior experience with ATS such as Job Diva is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong networking and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
