Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Specialist RN to join our team at Providence Service. As a key member of our Patient Experience department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with caregivers and hospital departments to provide a service-centered experience for patients and families.
  • Support the operational implementation of ministry-wide Patient Experience goals, initiatives, and programs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Title XXII, and The Joint Commission.
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and families to ensure a positive experience.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 5 years of Customer Relations, social services, or clinical experience (or combination).
  • 1 year in a hospital/healthcare or clinical setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in an accredited educational institution.
  • Experience with a Quality Risk Event Incident Reporting System.
  • Experience with an Electronic Medical Record System.
