About Clarvida:
Clarvida is recognized for its commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral health services. Our organization has been a trusted provider in the Southern California region for over two decades, collaborating with local agencies to offer personalized care to diverse community members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Personal Service Coordinators and Case Management staff.
- Maintain a small therapy client caseload while providing direct case management services.
- Monitor team productivity and quality of care.
- Train new Personal Service Coordinator staff.
- Lead crisis intervention efforts.
- Ensure a monthly productivity requirement of 30 hours.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and reliability in scheduled hours.
- Empower consumers by identifying and building upon their strengths.
- Foster a culture of respect and diversity within the organization.
- Promote ongoing learning and the application of best practices in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution and one year of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
