Position Overview:
The Trainer Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing training initiatives within the organization. This position requires a minimum of 3-6 years of supervisory experience, ensuring that training programs are effectively designed and executed.

Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent supervisory experience (3-6 years).
- Proven expertise in creating and implementing successful training programs and curriculum.
- Strong capability to develop and deliver training for ongoing operations and new initiatives.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and training evaluation methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, fostering teamwork.
- Ability to convey information clearly through written documentation, presentations, and discussions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic operational environment.
- Commitment to achieving results through knowledge and empathy.
- Up-to-date knowledge of government and industry standards to guide training programs.

Preferred Experience:
- Background in public sector healthcare, Medicaid, and/or CHIP.

Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver training reports to the operations team.
- Support and maintain the development and implementation of the Learning Management Tool.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups from trainers with clients and external stakeholders.
- Monitor trainers to ensure they meet their daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Conduct timely and consistent employee performance evaluations.
- Oversee and assess team performance daily, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, corporate standards, and customer service excellence.
