Position Overview:

The Culinary Operations Supervisor is essential for overseeing the daily functions of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of menu items and presentation standards.
  • Support adherence to budgetary constraints and fiscal policies.
  • Supervise food preparation processes, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Additional Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess an Associate's or Culinary Degree along with three years of experience in a high-volume culinary setting, including two years in a supervisory role. In lieu of a degree, candidates with four years of relevant culinary experience or a combination of training and experience will be considered.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in various cooking techniques including sautéing, grilling, and baking.
  • Advanced knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment operation.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Work Environment:

This role is situated in a fast-paced kitchen atmosphere. Candidates must be prepared for physical demands including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs. Flexibility in working hours is essential.
